General Support Helpdesk Training

This training is to help you familiarize with the different Subject Matter Experts working under the General Support helpdesk, and the topics they cover. It is also available to familiarize with the different questions you may receive during a General Election, to bring you to know how to assist the EA's and where to route their questions when needed. 

You will have different sections available to bring you to understand how a General Event takes place within the FSN.
